[UI] `Open in...` instead of individual buttons

I wonder if it might be both space-saving and extensible to consolidate the two Prepolator / Batch buttons into one "Open in..." button that drops down a menu of options. Then we can add a text editor there as well (I will often go back and forth between Sublime and DSE).

Current buttons

• Prepolator
• Batch

Proposed button & submenu

• Open in...
  • Prepolator
  • Batch
  • Sublime (is it possible to auto-detect default code editor?)

a text editor would be cool to add, I understand the single toolbar option, to be open to add other extensions easily.

Detecting which xml editor is the default one, must be possible...

But DSE is not yet made to detect external changes, this is needed if other apps outside RF are supported. Extensions are easier cause the same object is send over and back.

It's convenient as long as the save button does not get pushed into a menu..

What is currently two buttons could be one, and we could probably keep the same low-priority mechanism so it hides before Save does.

Maybe it could be

• Open in...
  • Prepolator
  • Batch
  • Text Editor

This seems to do the trick for me at least:

Rather than hide these functions, would it make sense to have a separate tab for them? Make it more explicit?

Ah, so just add another button next to Prep and Batch, for Text Editor?
