Incorrect Checksum in 3.2.0 Tag

Can the 3.2.0 tag be updated to include the correct checksum?

Issue

Checksum of downloaded artifact of binary target 'LRAtsSDK' (8caf036f9b89e93d2d3a2965eee98ff2ece6d778fb81fd1f3fc10ecc159285a0) 
does not match checksum specified by the manifest (6e921edf0ad542277f2ba34908cd3a85e697c33fdb9ef95eaee4b34b390d95bc)

The checksum used for the 3.2.0 tag is incorrect.

This usually happens because:

1. Re-uploading binaries: You rebuilt the binary framework (XCFramework) and uploaded a new zip to the release after the tag was created. Even if the code didn't change, the timestamp/metadata in the zip changed, resulting in a new checksum.

2. The "Chicken and Egg" Problem: You need the checksum of the zip to put into Package.swift, but modifying Package.swift to add the checksum changes the commit, which requires a new tag.
