Customer authentication

Hello everybody!
Does anyone knows how to authenticate a customer with de API of "VIMEO OTT"?
The API reference "https://dev.vhx.tv/docs/api/" is not to clear.  And the support does not help so much.
I tried to get a token access via POST to authenticate end point, but it is out.
