Development for SIM7000 SSL

Hello!

I would want to use this library with the new set of AT commands starting by CA insted of CIP. I already ported the TinyGSM library on Arduino and I wouldn't mind doing the same here.

Would you give me some directions on where should I start modifying the commands? I am not sure I completely understand how this library works, and any help would be appreciated.
