Implementation details:

• ✅ ProcessRollupDailyAsync method aggregates to DateOnly buckets
• ✅ Uses UTC timezone as specified in requirements
• ✅ Watermark tracking prevents duplicate processing
• ✅ Background service runs daily rollup every 5 minutes
• ✅ Test endpoint for manual triggering
• ✅ Verified working with successful rollup record creation
