Online alphastats onlly allows to load one csv file

I am trying to run the online version but it only allows to load one file at the time and not 2 as required for the analysis. Format is csv. Also with the example the vulcano plot does not run.

What exactly is your usecase?

Currently, one instance of AlphaPeptStats allows to analyze only one dataset.

Also, could you describe the steps that lead to a vulcano plot that does not run? I could not reproduce this..

Thanks so when I load the input table only one table is allow and not 2 as in the example. One table containing the protein ids and FLQ values and the second table with the labels treatment vs control and their corresponding replicate ID that links table 2 to 1. Also this values are on a csv table from a maxquant output but when I select this option does not work for me . The option other works but again only one table is allow.

In the example dataset. If you run all by default should smoothly run. Volcano log fold change vs p value does not plot with the example results. I’m afraid this could happen if I manage to load my tables. Thanks so much for the help ! I do appreciate it
