Thank you for your interest. I currently have the following running inside a Docker container:

• Installation of environment dependencies (OS + Java)
• Installation of WSO2IS
• Applying Service Pack 1
• Installing dependencies like jtds
• Installing custom OSGI bundles
  • Custom User Store Manager
  • Custom ClaimsCallBackHandler
  • Custom AuthenticationEndpoint
• Applying various patches to WSO2IS configuration, including:
  • MSSQL Database as primary store
  • Custom claims
  • Registering service providers
  • Registering identity providers
  • Configuring SMTP
• Exposing the right ports and services
• Starting the Docker

The Docker container includes stuff that I've build specifically for my client. Once I've got this running production I will make a generic version and put it on GitHub.
