I remember playing this game many years ago, is this project considered dead?

Sadly, yes.
I've been completely busy with real life and other projects that I no longer have time to actually work on this.
I'd love to come back to this one day and start fresh with everything I've learned so far from working on other projects in Godot, but at the moment, I simply don't have the free time, energy or money to work on this at the moment.

However, if you're a programmer who's interested in the revival of this project; contact me on discord, and we can discuss what we can do to port the project over to Godot 4 and resume its development.
