{ read, write } form doesn't work with parallel connections

when does the issue occur: parallel fetching with a { read, write } object

what is the issue: see title, it just hangs/locks/times out

how to reproduce:
option 1: go to https://github.com/KTibow/epoxy-repro and just run `deno task start`
option 2: use the standard demo page with `?parallel_test=1&wisptransport=1`
