Add support for specific vertical CRS definition #854
Description
Design (still in review) ~ checkbox + vertical CRS input.
Acceptance criteria:
- Users can select vertical CRS in a new entry under project settings -> Mergin Maps tab
- This vertical CRS is written to the project file and further moved to the mobile app to use
