[FEATURE] Adapt the size of NPP related components #566

What is your precise need ?
As done for the CCGT components, the sizes of main components are adjusted to be more realistic compared to sensors.
What solution do you see ?
In the attributes of the components, there's scale facor, set to 0.1 by default. This can be increased (0.4 is now given to the turbines for example) so when the component is dragged into the model, it's size becomes bigger.
My advice: modify this scale while refactoring NPP metroscopia so you see the size of the component with respect to the others and its alignement.
