[Problem/Bug]: WebView2 freeze when clicking on the main window and ctrl+f find toolbar several times

What happened?

Some of my users reported my app becomes unresponsive using the ctrl+f find toolbar. I found out after you clicking back and forth the find toolbar and the main window, the main window will freeze and continue to eat up CPU.

This is reproducible simply using the official win32 getting started project and seems to have been mentioned in #1727.

Importance

Important. My app's user experience is significantly compromised.

Repro steps

1. Run the official win32 getting started project
2. Use ctrl+f to bring up the find toolbar.
3. Clicking on the main window and the find toolbar window several times quickly.
4. Now the main window freezes
