- Attend an in-person Saturday class
Instructions
- Speak to some volunteers for support in locating the cohort tracker.
- Check the cohort progress using the tracker. Does it make sense? Answer the following questions:
- What is the upcoming milestone?
- How many people are at, beyond or behind milestone?
- Which areas do trainees need more support with?
Why are we doing this?
The tracker is a useful mechanism for quickly checking a cohort's progress. Using the tracker effectively will enable volunteers to quickly observe areas of weakness and provide necessary support.
