Location of karnels directory

On Linux, the location of the karnels directory seems to be fixed at ~/.local/share/jupyter/kernels. It would be nice if there was an option to change it to any location.

That location is not up to dockernel. It is chosen by jupyter, dockernel just follows the logic hardcoded there. I don't know whether they have any config option for it.
