Creation of benchmarks #469

🚀 Feature Request
In order to test the various algorithms, a series of benchmarks must be created.
This is best done with proven third-party tools. In addition, synthetic benchmarks must be created for workloads where I have no data. These should be available here in the repository so that they are reproducible and can also be used by others.
I will not upload larger datasets or MD simulations to github as github is not a database. However, the data can be made available via e-mail or link.
