multi-arch images?

Thinking about fledging, I wonder if it would be helpful (possible) to create multi-arch images so people can run locally... or standalone images without the extra hub infrastructure so people can just use the Docker images with the environment set up?

We can definitely produce multi-arch, I think there is a package that didn't have Windows builds and that prevented us from it, need to remember that issues but it's a good idea. We need to setup QEMU in the docker build, and use the locked environment file.
