[Maps][Metadata][Data] Allow to link a layer to a dataset with metadata and content #35
Description
It should be possible to have a relationship (not just a plain link) between layers/sources/groups and datasets with related metadata.
It should be possible to allow downloading of the metadata of a resource as ISO (xml)
