Add some plotting functionality back to the webapp

Provide some way for a user of the webapp to generate the metabolomics+genomics plots on-demand (rather than the old continuously updated version). So for example after making a selection from the tables and viewing the results, you could click a button to generate the 2 plots with the selected and linked objects highlighted appropriately.
