Prepare for figaro2

Figaro will be upgraded soon (https://github.com/michael-weinstein/figaro2)
Depending on the new features, it will probably be necessary to adjust the code and the Apptainer recipes

Figaro was never updated, it's been three year since the creation of the Figaro2 repo and no code was ever pushed. Program is probably abandoned.

Figaro will be deprecated in next Q2Pipe version since it's not up to date and becoming less and less useful for new sequencing technologies.
