if you want to run the draw_engine.py, pls don't install trex==0.1.8

now, the main branch of TensorRT is 10.xx, and the trex is 0.1.8, which is not compatible with this repo.
For me , I git clone the TensorRT 8.6, and the trex is 0.1.6. Finally it work.
