YAML file names and locations in performance-summary.md do not match what's described

Describe the bug

In docs/performance-summary.md, it says that all config files are in examples/benchmark/configs/ However, the LoRA YAML files are not in that directory and the filenames listed on the doc do not align with the actual filenames in the examples/llm_finetune directory.

Expected behavior

Files are all in an agreed upon location and link text matches link location.
