Allow for automatically applying company restrictions to currently assigned roles

**Feature Request** 
Came from Yammer post asking for being able to automatically limit SystemUser role legal entities, by default the SystemUser role is assigned during user creation process

**Solution Description**
During user role assignment, allow for option to assign automatic company restrictions to all roles assigned to the user
