qt.qpa.plugin: Could not load the Qt platform plugin "xcb" in "" even though it was found.

My photo frame worked great for several years then all of a sudden I get this error. I'm guessing an apt update broke it.

So far I have tried reinstalling all the dependencies and recompiling slide. Does anyone know what's wrong?

This application failed to start because no Qt platform plugin could be initialized. Reinstalling the application may fix this problem.

I compiled Slide on a fresh install of Bullseye and got the same error.
