• Added option to download 4k/8k videos with ytdlp then reencode them to desired encoded_method
• Added option to allow ensemble on for Rife Pytorch

BugFixes / Improvements:

• Declutered Main.py
• Fixed dedup issues with inPoint and outPoint selected.
• Simplfiied motion blur and increased the speed slightly.
• Added all of the new options to the .jsx file
• Fixed import issues for rife-ncnn and cugan-ncnn
