Option to allow manual check for updates for yt-dlp and other components

I'd like to ask for an added setting to allow the end user to suppress automatic update checks not just for Parabolic but also for the related components included with it such as yt-dlp, and allow a manual update check to be initiated at user convenience.

We previously had this feature, but once yt-dlp requires an update, it breaks all discovering and downloading of any to all videos. And for the users who had this off, we get reports saying it's broken when they didn't go to check for yt-dlp updates and that update fixed it. So, I don't see the point in turning these checks off.

One suggestion I'd like to make is to add a FAQ to the page to advise users if the application shows unexpected behavior, to use the workaround documented on another similar issue thread I saw which is to delete the config.json file in %APPDATA%. If this reopens, please close as resolved again, sorry about that.
