Sample saving not saving tuning correctly

I think there's a problem with saving a sample tuning. If you tune a low sample, C-1 for example, save it, and then load it, it doesn't load back with the same tune. I mean, at least I think it's a problem, since loop points and all that save with the sample but that messes up.

Does the .wav format have any room for saving this kind of metadata? Loop points being saved are themselves a relatively recent addition (v0.4.12).

I don't know if there is metadata space. I just figured I'd ask if it is a bug since the the tuning does save when tuning samples down. (C5 to be C3 at C3) But it doesn't when tuning samples up. (C1 to be C3 at C3)
