Publish "i386" buildx Docker image for the i686 32 bit NixOS variant

Nix image isn't really built with buildx, but rather uses a custom OCI image builder https://github.com/NixOS/nix/blob/master/docker.nix and the image does build for i686-linux, but I'm not sure just how sustainable it would be in the long run to have it as a release artifact.
