elm-forbid-imports is moving #1667

hello! Just to let you know, elm-forbid-imports is moving from git.bytes.zone to github.com/BrianHicks/elm-forbid-imports. I'll be setting up a redirect for HTTP but I don't think that Nix will follow that. Heads up that things might break for a little bit unless you upgrade in the next ~week!
