Store installation only works on dpkg-based systems

The KDE-Store downloads the .deb file but of course has no idea what to do with that on non dpkg-based systems ;)
Would be nice if that would work distro-agnostic. Also, the deb would install it systemwide - for store-installations it's usually better/more common to have it install locally for the user.
But i like the idea of the addon :)

I've added a file for Arch based distro installation.

this still fails for me with:

The installation failed with code 1 while attempting to run the command:

Failed to find an installation script in /home/iod/.local/share/servicemenu-download/bionic-batch-renamer-Arch-1.0.11-1-x86-64.pkg.tar-dir

This can now be installed from the AUR for those on Arch. See the readme.

I'll be moving away from .deb packaging too in the next release in favour of an install script.
