redaction boxes misaligned to text

I ran this on Workstation v9.10.12.778 (to pick up multiple keyword lists and named entity lists in the one pass) but while it seemed to identify all the text, the placement of the redaction boxes is misaligned to the source document so when I export it, the black bars fall on the wrong text or sometimes document whitespace and the text to be redacted is visible.

I re-ran with the Items, Markup, Bulk Redaction through the gui and it applied correctly (though had to multiple passes and encountered separate issues with application itself)
