[Bug] Saving rectangles with HU as pixel units saves unit as 'mm' #5765

Describe the Bug
If you save a rectangle in OHIF where it was HU for the pixel values, then in the SR and on initial load until it updates, the value 'mm' will be shown. Obviously this is wrong, but it is still annoying to see.
Steps to Reproduce
Add a rectangle ROI to a CT image and see that it has HU for pixel units
Save the SR
Inspect/load the SR
The current behavior
Says mm in SR and on load
The expected behavior
Says HU or Hounsfield Units on load
