Make this repo useful for Lyo testing

In line with https://forum.open-services.net/t/announcing-some-small-progress-with-integration-tests-of-lyo/448, I want to have more sample repos run on SNAPSHOT and do nightly builds to ensure Lyo APIs and behaviour does not break or at least we can document it when it does.

TODOs:

• Get it running again Landfill was shut down #12
• Set up GH Actions CI script
• Set up failsafe as per https://forum.open-services.net/t/announcing-some-small-progress-with-integration-tests-of-lyo/448 plus https://medium.com/@fndomoraes/running-docker-containers-on-maven-integration-tests-ee071bcd743 for the smarx008/bugzilla-dev-lyo image
• Add some basic IT tests such as SPC catalog retrieval with basic auth
• Upgrade from Lyo 2.3 to Lyo 2.4
• Upgrade from Lyo 2.4 to SNAPSHOT
