Truncate logic location and length limit

Hi, I’m trying to understand where in the codebase the truncate logic is implemented. Additionally, I’d like to know whether the truncate length can be increased to 50,000 tokens.

Updated max_tokens to 50k as requested. Updated the r2c_manager params inside " Main/backend/api/views.py".
