Bug: bogie position is calculated in CAR's scale #9
Description
The length of the BODY is calculated correctly with the absolute size of the bounding box. The BOGIE positions are not calculated correctly when the CAR is at a scale not 1:1. The BOGIE positions should return the same values regardless of what scale the CAR is.
