Consider updating Paymaster implementations given the EntryPoint v0.9 updates

Note that the EntryPoint v0.9 release includes new features aimed at improving paymaster capabilities, which we could explore in our implementations. Some of them are:

• 1. The new paymasterSignature optional field for asynchronous paymaster signatures for improved UX, which could be potentially leveraged in our PaymasterSigner.
• 2. Supporting the new validAfter and validUntil optional format in block numbers in addition to timestamps.

Note that OpenZeppelin/openzeppelin-contracts#6135 already bumps our codebase to entrypoint v0.9
