LinkField does not allow mailto: URLs

Describe the bug

The LinkField does not allow mailto: URLs. When entering a value like mailto:someone@example.com, the field validation rejects it as an invalid URL, even though mailto: is a valid and commonly used URI scheme for links.

To Reproduce

1. Create or edit a content type with a LinkField
2. Edit a content item of that type
3. Enter mailto:test@example.com into the LinkField URL input
4. Try to save the content item

Expected behavior

The LinkField should accept mailto: URLs and treat them as valid links, allowing the content item to be saved.

Why should LinkField support mailto or others like tel? I would use TextField with email editor instead.

I assume because it will be displayed as a link by default?

Say I have a Button widget where I need a Text and a URL. The URL could be a link to a sub page (e.g. “Contact Us”), or it could be an action link like “Email me” using mailto:. I could use two TextFields, but the LinkField already has exactly the two properties I need and provides proper editor UX. The only thing blocking me from making this Button widget generic and reusable with a LinkField is this limitation.

This is caused by HTML sanitization. See https://docs.orchardcore.net/en/latest/reference/modules/Sanitizer/ for how to allow it.

I think it would be safe to allow mailto by default.
