Live stream freezing and not recovering

For whatever reason the livestream is freezing and not going back to playing, even though the stream is still up, the issue can be reproduced both on the web and mobile app.

A simple way to reproduce, just listen to a live stream at home on wifi and go for a walk - when phone is losing connection and before finding cellular data connection, playback crashes. I was listening for 30 minutes, going to the grocery store and back home, and experienced at least 3 crashes.

I was not able to create a reproduction on a fresh install of react-native-video on an empty Expo project. The only live stream I was able to reproduce the problem with was from swebbtv, which hints that their live stream is different from other "picture with songs in the background" streams, perhaps in that it has a higher video bitrate. A similar issue was described in TheWidlarzGroup/react-native-video#3720, however it lacked reproduction. If a live stream with high bitrate is available on any instance of PeerTube, a reproduction could be created and the issue could be revived.
