[FEATURE] allow users to tag images with usernames

Users should be able to specify their username at install so they can push/pull them from dockerhub (or other image registries).

i will take another look at the make tooling.
It is alteady partially config'd for this with github. it may be a simple server prefix change to push to hub.docker.com as well...
