Add Option to Duplicate Packs from “All Packs” into “My Packs” #1605

In the Packs section, under “All Packs,” the packs shown appear to belong to other users. Currently, there are no available actions for these packs.
It would improve usability if users had the ability to copy/duplicate a pack from All Packs into My Packs. This way, users could take inspiration from existing packs, duplicate them, and then customize or edit them for their own use.
Expected Behavior:
- Users can select a pack from All Packs and duplicate it into My Packs.
- Once duplicated, users can edit or customize the new pack.
Actual Behavior:
- All Packs only displays packs, but no actions (view, copy, edit) are available.
