Allow for more than 3 subresults

It would be nice to be able to set the number of subResults in a similar to how pageSize sets the number of results to display before showing "load more."

@bobmonsour let me know if you get a change to look at the Pagefind Beta and the new UI system. It's a bit of a departure from the existing UI, but it is substantially more customizable for this and beyond.

Thanks, Liam. I just pushed a major site redesign that includes Pagefind search. I had some struggles to get the results I wanted, but I prevailed. I saw the announcement of the new beta and will check it out. I'll need some time to figure out the impact on what I just released.

👍 — I should note that the existing UI(s) are not going to be removed any time soon. They'll be soft-deprecated, but still included in any releases up to 2.0 (which may never come) so there is no forced timeline to upgrade there.
