Describe the bug you encountered:

Even though the database name was changed in "Database Settings" and the .kdbx file was renamed, the title bar still displays the old name "keepass". Tried renaming the file, changing the database name in settings, clearing the application cache, and reopening the file from memory, but the title didn't change. Describe what you expected to happen:

The header title should display the new database name or the new file name instead of staying as "keepass".

The KeePass file format allows to store a database name. When creating a database, the root group and the database name are typically identical. By modifying the database name, you only change one, but you see the latter. KP2A currently doesn't have a way of editing the root group's name. You can edit it on the PC.
