[QUESTION] why no device boot up auto start

What version of Keepass2Android are you using?
Please follow these steps to find your app version:

1. Click the ⁝ icon in the top right corner
2. Select Settings
3. Click About
4. Find the "Version" information and provide it here:

1.14.r4

why if for example i reboot my device keepass can not auto start using last database in use if not killed before reboot? ok maybe need to refill master pass maybe that would even be a setting?

not sure what you mean. Do you want the app to "launch automatically" like Autostart on Windows? That doesn't exist on Android AFAIK. Do you want the app to remember the last used database? That should be the case unless you disabled that feature in the app's settings.
