[feat request] Unwanted console scrolling prevention

Hi,

This is open since April, is a critical priority for health reasons but is not tackled by Anthropic.
To be short, you have probably witnessed it already, on paste or just when entering data, the console scrolls up and down quickly making the screen unwatchable.

No that you should be the person who solves this but I wondered if Tweakcc had any control over the way the scrolling happens in the console.
I thought something like no scroll until answer is provided by Claude could be a solution.

Hi @joomlafun, yes, I definitely observed this issue before. It's terrible. However, I'm not sure it would be that easy to fix with tweakcc. Your suggestion to disable scrolling until Claude finishes its response is a clever one, but I'm not sure if it's possible. We'll investigate.

@brrock got to say that on claude code 21.29, using konsole on fedora 43 plasma the issue is no more present, I don't know for anyone else.
