Why can't a simple example play the video properly

In the process of implementing my own project, I used this library for operation, and at first, not a single video could be played properly.
In the later stage, I added various libraries for networking and device acceleration to the application, but it still cannot play videos properly.
So I imported our test cases and tested them, but found that the video still couldn't be played. I don't know where I didn't configure it properly? Or maybe it's related to the national region, I'm in China
