Add SKPOS data

I see in https://www.gku.sk/files/gku/produkty-sluzby/skpos_brochure.pdf that an IP is used for the connection. I think that we should also include that IP. (by the way, that IP is not the one I get with ping skpos.gku.sk).

@javier-jimenez-shaw-pix4d Please keep only the domain. The IP address you found in the brochure is outdated. The IP address can change, but the domain will always remain the same, so please keep only the domain.

See that the "urls" are used to identify the connection. If a user is using the IP (as most of them are doing nowadays, unfortunately), the software will not be able to match it with SKPOS.

@javier-jimenez-shaw-pix4d Why did you change the CRS to 7931? That is not the CRS we use in Slovakia. You did not mention that you were changing the CRS. All our data is published in EPSG:4937. This is also how we label it in our transformation service. Therefore, I ask you to correct it and enter it correctly:

EPSG:4937 is only "ETRS89" (the datum ensemble) https://epsg.org/crs_4937/ETRS89.html
EPSG:7931 is "ETRF2000". https://epsg.org/crs_7931/ETRF2000.html

See that ETRF2000 is a member of the datum ensemble ETRS89.

There is no "ETRS89 (ETRF2000)" in EPSG.

I understood that you wanted to use ETRF2000.

To use EPSG:4937 I would have to do

I can change it, of course. What do you prefer?

I understand, however in our legislation, our transformation service, as well as all of our related products, we use EPSG:4937. It would be problematic for us if it were marked in a different EPSG code.
