Add configuration for top-level container(s)

When a page doesn't use `<article>` or `h-entry` markup, the entire page is used as the source of outgoing links. It would be helpful for forums or older blogs to be able to specify which containers should be considered as entry content (ignoring e.g. signatures and user profiles).
