Description
Goal
Prepare for user-led demo (Bobby demonstrates, not MoXeR presenting).
Tasks
- Fill out executive summary template
- Identify demo participant (Bobby or backup)
- Send MCP setup instructions to participant
- Have participant upload files 30min before demo
- Test queries with their data
- Prepare backup: Pre-loaded project
- Record successful demo video (backup plan)
Demo Strategy
"The best test of success is where you speak for 5 minutes then Bobby says, 'Hey, let me show you.'"
