Add support for different special characters

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
I've noticed that the Romanian language isn't fully supported by the browser extention. I would like to see this browser extention to be more compatible with other languages.

Describe the solution you'd like
Adding support for the letters ă â î ț ș that together are the special characters in the Romanian language. These special characters above are not counted as being part of a word, so a word like său (his) will remain unbolded.

I have not thought of any alternatives.

Actually I've gone ahead and made a fork on the UTF-8 encoding. There should be enhanced support for languages like Czech, Turkish and above all, Romanian. This was my first ever encounter with javascript and it miraculously worked! For now I've submitted it to Mozilla for private use.

If you want me to take down this fork please let me know and I will do so. You're also welcome to put incorporate this on main if you feel like it.
