Wii U: added friends appear as ? and need restart to show up properly

Little issue that I've seen other people have: if you accept a friend request, it will say the friend was a added but it won't disappear from the request list. Then the new friend appears as ? in the list.

If you restart the Wii U and then go to friend channel, everything is fine and the new friend appears in the list though. It's not such a big deal, but a fix would be nice I guess 🙂.
