[Core] - "cheat god" doesn't account for fall damage

Current Behaviour

Fall damage bypass the "invulnerable" part of cheat god

Expected Behaviour

.cheat god should not take any source of damage

Steps to reproduce the problem

• .cheat god
• .gm fly on
• Fly until you're high enough to take fall damage
• .gm fly off
• You will see yourself taking fall damage
